Born and raised in the San Francisco East Bay, Brian began his career acquiring land for a top national public homebuilder and has since navigated all aspects of acquisition, entitlement and development of infill, masterplan, luxury apartment communities throughout his career contributing over 4,000 new residential units to the region valued in excess of $4B in total sales volume. A seasoned real estate development executive having held leadership positions with a top national public homebuilder, international luxury apartment developer and a nationally ranked private homebuilder all culminating together for a extensive organizational and business management best practices. Brian earned a degree from Cal State Hayward/East Bay as well as an MBA from Saint Mary's College of California, and when taking a break from the daily needs in real estate, he enjoys traveling and maximizing time with his family and two young daughters.
